The Vancouver Mural Festivalmural fest

We are hosting the first ever Vancouver Mural Festival in Mount Pleasant. The festival will mark the unveiling of 30+ murals in the area, and will promote local art and community engagement. The VMF has gained tons of media attention, even the mayor has voiced his support for the festival, as it celebrates Vancouver’s culture and people.

All students volunteering will receive a reference letter and volunteer hours, as well as gain experience in leadership, teamwork, organization, and have the opportunity to network with professionals. The festival is on August 20th from noon to 6pm, and will be on Main Street from 7th to 12th ave & Thorton Park.
