Destress 4 Success Week is here!

Monday, July 30th – PADS PUPPIES @ 4th Floor Lounge, 11am-1pm. Come join us for what will be one of your best moments at CC. Time to relax with PADS Puppies!

Tuesday, July 31st  – MASSAGE CLINIC @ Room 416, 10:30am-5:30pm. Ready to relax with a nice shoulder massage? Registered massage therapists are coming to CC!

Wednesday, August 1st  – YOGA @ Room 316, 11am-2pm. Everyone can be a yogee. Join us for a 20min yoga session! Please come dressed to stretch. Yoga mats will be provided.

Thursday, August 2nd  – LUNCHTIME WALK (off campus) meet at 1st Floor Lobby, 12:30pm-1:30pm & UKULELE LESSON @ Library, 1:30pm-2:30pm. Come get stress-free with some soothing music.

Friday, August 3rd   – LUNCHTIME WALK (off campus) meet at 1st Floor Lobby, 12:30pm-1:30pm. Missed Thursday’s walk? Let’s stroll off campus to enjoy the weather, get fresh air, and soak in some Vitamin D.

There will be free granola bars and tea every morning, as well as Wellness Stations around the campus! Look for study planning aides, colouring sheets, and games.
